DELIVERY

Due to the doughs being handmade, orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

*If you require it sooner, please get in touch at hello@simplesensoryuk.com. Where possible we will do our upmost to fulfil this request, but cannot guarantee it*

All products will be sent via Royal Mail second class. We may send your order in more than one parcel, this will depend on order content.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all contact details are correct when placing your order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are always ready to help if you have a problem with your order.

Please contact us at hello@simplesensoryuk.com, as soon as possible, if you are not satisfied with any items.

We will accept returns and offer refunds excluding cost of delivery. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and the product(s) is in an unused condition.

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure they are sufficiently packaged to prevent damage in transit.
